  • A short walk from Tufts Medical, Copley, Arlington and Broadway T stops. Take the #43 bus and get off at Tremont St @ East Berkeley Street, or #9 bus and get off at East Berkeley @ Tremont Street. Blue Bikes station across the street. Consult the MBTA website for train and bus schedules.

  • Atelier 505 Garage close by. $22 for 1-2 hours.

  • LATE CLASS ATTENDANCE POLICY
We allow late arrivals up to 15 minutes AFTER the start of class. Students who arrive after the 15 minute grace period will be asked to join another class to prevent potential injury (Ahimsa: non-violence) and reduce disruption to others (Asteya: non-stealing).

    WAITLIST POLICY
There are a certain number of classes we offer that may have a waitlist. At the start of class, if you are signed up and not in attendance by the time class starts, your spot will be given to the next person on the Waitlist. To reduce the number of disruptions in a large class, we forego our Late Attendance Policy and allow members on the Waitlist to take available spots in class. We cannot guarantee you a spot in class if there is a Waitlist in effect.

LATE CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY & FEE
We kindly ask that if you need to cancel your in-studio reservation that you please do so at least 4 hours in advance of the class time so we can release your spot for others to sign up. This allows us time to reach out to waitlisted students who are hoping to join class. If you don’t have access to Mindbody, call and speak to a manager to cancel (email/voicemail cancellations accepted).

If you no-show or cancel with less than 4 hours, a late cancellation fee of $15 is applied to Monthly Members and Newcomer Pass holders and all drop-in purchases or 10 Pass holders will have the visit deducted from their pricing option.

In collaboration with Life Alive

The love story between Down Under and Life Alive dates back more than a decade.

Bringing together Down Under School of Yoga’s world-renowned programming and Life Alive’s whole-food, plant-forward nourishment in one uplifting, stress-free space. Now in Harvard Square and Boston’s South End.

In 2004, 4 young graduates of Patricia Walden’s teacher training named Justine, Nadja, Carin and Tristan eagerly wandered in to Life Alive Cafe after class to sit in community and talk yoga. The affair bloomed into what is now a wellness collaborative serving Boston and Cambridge.
